I've tried everything to lose weight for the past years and nothing helped me to get rid of that post pregnancy belly fat. I want to get straight to the point: I'm sick of it. She has lots of information on hcg drops) in a very short period of time - and kept most of it off.
I thought it might be a good start off my whole hcg weight loss journey with some basic information that I collected in the past few days, kind of a FAQ.
How can HCG help in Weight Reduction?
Dr Simeons was the first to discover that HCG can cause fat loss. It was in India while examining pregnant girls. He composed all his findings, all collected in a book called "Pounds and Inches".
So how do hCG drops and hCG in general work for weight loss?
Short answer: your metabolism raises so it can burn more fat. Secondly, your body does actually burn the fat! Not the muscles.
Will I lose weight if I just take the hCG Drops and skip the "diet" part?
No, it is impossible to slim down just on HCG. It's important to stick to the hcg diet protocoll. You are allowed to eat 500 calories a day.
500 calories...that doesn't sound safe...or is it?
It actually is safe unless you are eating junk food and unhealthy. If you follow the hcg diet protocol your body should get everything it needs to be healthy.
Note also that hcg drops you can buy in the stores or online are actually not the real hormone but a synthetic "copy" of it. The real deal cannot be sold legally anymore as you can read here.
